Being doing a bit of thinking about user-centered design in our lives... Was sat at work earlier today thinking about how even insurance companies tailor their service towards the needs of the customer. Our service is designed to be easy to understand as the safety our money is important.
With spatial design we have to be aware at all times of what the customer/user expects and requires of a space so we meets, fulfill and exceed those requirements...Hmmm, so much to think of!
